How to cancel Zoom
Last reviewed About 2–5 minutes
You can cancel a Zoom plan directly from the Zoom web portal in a few clicks. Cancellation becomes effective at your next renewal date — your current subscription term continues uninterrupted until then, so you keep full access through the period you have already paid for.
If the Cancel Plan option is unavailable in your portal, your plan cannot be canceled through the web portal and you should contact Zoom support. Zoom subscribers billed through the App Store or Google Play must cancel through the respective store rather than the Zoom website.
Steps
Sign in to the Zoom web portal
Go to zoom.us and sign in to your Zoom account.
Go to Plans and Billing
In the left-hand navigation, click 'Plans and Billing', then select 'Plan Management'.
Click Manage next to your plan
Locate the plan you want to cancel and click 'Manage' next to it.
Click Cancel Plan
In the Manage Plan window, click 'Cancel Plan'. If this option is not visible, the plan cannot be canceled through the web portal.
Confirm your cancellation
Click 'Confirm Your Cancellation'. Zoom will send a confirmation email to your registered address.
