How to cancel Uber One

Uber One is a paid membership that includes benefits across Uber rides and Uber Eats. Cancellation is handled entirely through the Uber app — there is no web cancellation portal for membership management.

Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date to prevent being charged for the next cycle. If you're already within that 48-hour window, contact Uber support for help.

Steps

  1. Open the Uber app and go to Account

    Tap the 'Account' icon in the bottom navigation of the Uber app.

  2. Navigate to Uber One

    Tap 'Uber One' to open your membership details.

  3. Open Manage Membership

    Scroll down and tap 'Manage Membership'.

  4. Select End Membership

    Tap 'End Membership' and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If you're within that window, contact Uber support directly to request cancellation.
  • Active paid members retain Uber One benefits until the end of the current billing period after cancelling.
  • Trial and paused members lose access immediately upon cancellation.
