How to cancel Tidal
Last reviewed About 2–5 minutes
If you pay Tidal directly, you can cancel on the web or in the Tidal Android app. If you're billed through a third party like Apple or Google Play, you need to cancel through them directly instead of on Tidal's own account page.
Steps
Go to account.tidal.com
Log in with your username and password.
Open Subscription
Navigate to the Subscription section.
Cancel and confirm
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Things to know
- On the Tidal Android app: tap the heart icon, tap the gear icon, tap Edit then Manage Subscription, scroll down, then tap Subscription > Cancel Subscription.
- If you subscribed through Apple, cancel through Apple's subscription settings instead — if you don't see an active subscription in Apple Wallet, you're likely billed through a different method.
- If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel via Play Store > Subscriptions > Tidal > Cancel subscription; if Google Play doesn't show an active subscription, you may have signed up with a different email and should contact Google Play support to locate it.
Frequently asked questions
- Where do I cancel Tidal if I signed up through Apple or Google Play?
- Cancel directly through Apple's or Google Play's subscription settings — Tidal can't cancel a subscription that's billed through a third party.
- What if I don't see my Tidal subscription in Apple Wallet or Google Play?
- You're likely billed through a different account or payment method. Check other accounts you may have used, or contact Apple or Google Play support to locate it.
- Does canceling Tidal delete my account?
- No, canceling only stops the subscription. Deleting your Tidal account is a separate step, available inside the app if you subscribed through Apple.
