   Confirm your billing source

   Check your credit card or bank statement to see whether SiriusXM bills you directly or whether the charge comes from Apple, Google, Roku, or T-Mobile. This determines which cancellation method to use.

   Cancel online (direct billing only)

   If billed directly by SiriusXM, sign in at care.siriusxm.com/account/manage/dashboard and use the Subscriptions tab to manage or end your service.

   Cancel by phone (direct billing only)

   Call SiriusXM at 866-635-8641. See SiriusXM's Contact Us page for current call center hours.

Things to know

• If you subscribed through Apple, cancel via the App Store: go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. Cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being re-billed.
• If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel in the Play Store under Subscriptions. The same 24-hour advance notice applies.
• If you subscribed through Roku, cancel at my.roku.com by managing your subscriptions — not within the SiriusXM channel itself.
• If SiriusXM is part of your T-Mobile postpaid plan, contact T-Mobile directly to remove the feature from your account.
• Uninstalling the SiriusXM app does not cancel your subscription.
