   Open Rosetta Stone on a desktop computer

   Go to rosettastone.com on a desktop browser and sign in. Cancellation is not available from the mobile app or mobile website.

   Click your current learning language in the top toolbar

   In the top navigation bar, click the name of the language you are currently learning to open a dropdown menu.

   Select My Account

   From the dropdown, select 'My Account' to open your account details.

   Turn off auto-renew

   Under 'Your products', click 'TURN OFF AUTO RENEW' next to your subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.
