How to cancel Patreon

Canceling a Patreon membership happens from your own member account, on either desktop or the mobile app. Paid content stays reachable through the rest of the period you already paid for, and it locks back up once that period runs out unless you decide to rejoin.

If the creator uses per-creation billing, you might see one more charge for something they posted before you canceled.

Steps

Log in and switch to your member profile
Your profile picture sits in the bottom-left corner — click it first if you need to switch from a creator profile into your member profile.
Open Settings, then Memberships
Click Settings from the left-side menu, then go to the Memberships tab.
View the membership and cancel
Find the membership, click 'View Details,' then click 'Cancel membership' and confirm.
Choose your free-membership option
Decide whether to stay connected as a free member, then click 'Save and continue.'
