How to cancel Noom

   Choose your cancellation method

   You can cancel through the Noom app, the web portal at account.noom.com, or your device's app store. All three methods are valid — choose whichever is most convenient.

   In the app: open Settings and Manage Subscription

   Open the Noom app and tap your profile picture in the top-left corner. Select 'Settings,' then 'Manage Subscription,' and follow the prompts to complete cancellation.

   On the web: visit account.noom.com

   Go to account.noom.com and sign in. From the main page, click 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the on-screen instructions to finalize.

   Via your app store

   Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), find your Noom subscription under your account subscriptions, and cancel from there.

Things to know

• Uninstalling the Noom app does not cancel your subscription. You must use one of the methods above.
• Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, even if you cancel mid-cycle.
