How to cancel Ipsy

To cancel IPSY beginning with the upcoming month, submit your request before the monthly deadline. Cancellations must be made by 11:59 PM Pacific on the 25th of the month to take effect for the following month — anything after that takes effect the month after.
Steps
Log in to your account
Sign in before the monthly deadline.
Open Account
Click Account in the top-right corner, then find the active subscription you want to cancel and click 'View Membership.'
Click Cancel Membership
Log in again to verify your account information when prompted.
Confirm
Click 'Continue Cancellation.' You'll see a confirmation message on screen once it's successful.
Things to know
- Cancellations must be submitted by 11:59 PM Pacific on the 25th of the month to take effect for the upcoming month; anything after that takes effect the following month instead.
- If you have both an IPSY Original and an IPSY Extra subscription, cancel each one separately.
- IPSY Ultimate members need an active base membership to stay eligible for their quarterly box.
