How to cancel Hims

Steps

   Log in on the website

   Go to the Hims or Hers website and sign in to your account.

   Open the subscription

   Find 'Subscriptions' in the top menu, locate the subscription you want to change, and click Manage.

   Start the cancellation

   Under 'Get help,' click 'Add or remove items' or 'Edit/Cancel Orders.'

   Confirm

   In the pop-up, unselect the item you want to cancel (or choose 'End Subscription' if that's the option shown), then click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Yes, confirm.'

Things to know

• In the app, the flow is similar: Account icon > Subscriptions > find the subscription > Edit Upcoming Orders > Add/Remove Items From Order > unselect the item > Cancel Subscription.
• Cancel at least 48 hours before your next order date — orders already processing or shipped aren't affected by canceling the subscription.
• If you're a testosterone customer with lab work ordered but no prescription yet, contact Hims support directly for help canceling.
• Current and former subscribers can reach Hims through the secure messaging portal in their account.
