How to cancel Headspace

Cancellation steps depend on where you subscribed to Headspace — directly through the website, the Apple App Store, or Google Play. Direct and app-store purchases are generally treated as non-refundable, though Headspace says it will review special circumstances if you contact support.

Steps

  1. Log in from a browser

    Sign in at www.headspace.com from a desktop or mobile browser — not the app.

  2. Go to the subscription management page

    Visit headspace.com/subscription/manage.

  3. Click Cancel Membership

    If the button isn't there, email help@headspace.com for help.

  • If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel via Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Headspace > Cancel Subscription.
  • If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel via Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions, select Headspace, then Cancel subscription.
  • Direct, Apple, and Google Play purchases are treated as final and non-refundable under Headspace's terms, though Headspace will review special circumstances if you email help@headspace.com.
  • A free subscription provided by an organization doesn't need to be canceled — it expires automatically based on the agreement.
