How to cancel Discord Nitro

Discord requires you to cancel Nitro on the same type of device you originally subscribed on — a desktop or browser purchase has to be canceled there, and a mobile purchase only through mobile. If you subscribed through Apple, Discord support can't manage that cancellation for you; it has to go through Apple.

Steps

Open User Settings
On desktop or browser, click the cogwheel next to your Discord username.
Go to Subscriptions
Open the Subscriptions tab in User Settings.
Cancel and confirm
Click Cancel on the Nitro or Nitro Basic banner and follow the prompts to confirm.

Things to know

On mobile: tap your avatar, tap the cogwheel, scroll to Billing Settings, tap Manage Nitro, then follow the on-screen steps.
Subscriptions must be canceled on the same device type where they were purchased — a desktop/browser purchase can't be canceled from mobile, and vice versa.
If you subscribed through Apple, cancel through Apple's subscription settings — Discord support can't manage iOS-billed subscriptions.
