How you cancel Crunchyroll depends on how you signed up. If you subscribed directly on crunchyroll.com with a card or PayPal, you cancel in your account settings on the website. If you subscribed through the Crunchyroll app, your membership is billed by Apple or Google, and you need to cancel inside the app instead.

If you signed up through Amazon, PlayStation, Roku, or YouTube, you have to cancel directly on that platform — Crunchyroll support can't manage those subscriptions.

Steps

Log in on crunchyroll.com
Sign in and select your profile.
Open Settings
Your profile picture is at the top right of the page — click it and choose Settings from the menu that drops down.
Go to Membership Info and cancel
Click Membership Info, then Cancel Subscription.
Finish the cancellation
Choose 'No thanks, Finish Cancellation' to actually go through with it. A short feedback prompt follows — answer it or skip past it, either way exits you from the flow.

Things to know

If you signed up in the Crunchyroll app, cancel there instead: tap your profile, tap Membership, tap Manage, swipe to your tier, tap Cancel Subscription, then Continue with Cancellation, and confirm on the Apple or Google subscription screen that opens.
If you signed up through Amazon, PlayStation, Roku, or YouTube, cancel directly on that platform — you won't see a cancel option on Crunchyroll.com.
None of deleting the app, signing out, or removing your card actually stops billing — the cancellation itself has to go through one of the steps above.
