How to cancel Calm
Last reviewed About 2–5 minutes
Where you cancel Calm depends on where you subscribed. If you signed up directly on Calm.com, cancel through your Calm account settings. If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, you have to cancel through that platform — Calm can't access or cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google on your behalf.
However you cancel, you keep full Premium access through the end of your current billing or trial period.
Steps
Log in on the Calm website
Sign in to your Calm account from a web browser.
Open Manage Subscription
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner, then select Settings > Manage Subscription.
Cancel and confirm
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Things to know
- If you subscribed through Apple, cancel via Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Calm > Cancel Subscription, or open the Calm app and tap Manage Subscription to jump to the same Apple screen.
- If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel via the Play app: profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Calm > Cancel Subscription, or tap Manage Subscription inside the Calm app.
- A Calm Premium Family Plan can only be canceled by the Family Admin, and only through Calm's website, not the app.
- A refund is possible within 30 days if you paid on Calm.com or through Google Play; an Apple-billed purchase has to be refunded by Apple, not Calm.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I know where I bought my Calm subscription?
- Check your purchase confirmation email or payment history. If Apple or Google is listed there, cancel through that platform instead of Calm.com.
- Do I need to contact Calm support to cancel?
- No. Cancel through whichever platform you originally paid on — Calm.com, Apple, or Google Play — support isn't required.
- I canceled Calm but I still see Premium — is that normal?
- Yes. You keep Premium access through the end of your current billing or trial period even after you cancel.
