How to cancel Bumble

Last reviewed About 2–5 minutes

How you cancel Bumble Boost, Premium, or Premium+ depends on how you paid. If you subscribed with PayPal, a card, or Apple Pay directly in the app, you cancel from within Bumble. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you cancel through that app store instead.

Either way, you keep your paid perks through the end of the subscription period you already paid for.

Steps

  1. Open the Bumble app

    Tap the profile icon.

  2. Open your subscription details

Select 'Subscription details,' then tap 'Manage your subscription.'

  3. Cancel and confirm

Choose to cancel your subscription and follow the prompts to confirm.

Things to know

  • If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel via Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Bumble > Cancel Subscription.
  • If you subscribed through Google Play, cancel via Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Bumble > Cancel Subscription.
  • If you can't access Bumble to cancel yourself, Bumble's support team can help.
  • If Apple or Google Play separately approve a refund for your subscription, you may lose access immediately rather than at the end of your billing period.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose Bumble Premium features right away when I cancel?
No, you keep your paid perks through the end of the period you already paid for — unless Apple or Google Play approve a refund, in which case access can end immediately.
What if I can't get into the Bumble app to cancel?
Reach out to Bumble's support team, and they can help you cancel your subscription.
Does canceling automatically refund my last Bumble payment?
No. Canceling only stops future renewals. A refund for a past charge is a separate request handled through Bumble's refund process.
