In your account settings, select 'Payment settings'.

  4. Cancel Membership

Click 'Cancel Membership' and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

  5. Check for confirmation

BetterHelp will send a confirmation email to your registered address once your cancellation is processed.

Things to know

  • If you also want to request deletion of your personal data, go to Menu > My Account > Personal Information and submit a data erasure request separately from your cancellation.
