How to cancel Apple One
Last reviewed About 2–5 minutes
Apple One is billed directly by Apple, so you cancel it the same way you'd cancel any Apple subscription — through your device settings or account.apple.com. There's no separate Apple One-specific cancellation screen; it appears in your regular list of Apple subscriptions.
Steps
On iPhone, iPad, or Vision Pro
Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap Apple One, then tap Cancel Subscription.
On a Mac
Open the App Store, click your name (sign in if needed), click Account Settings, click Subscriptions, click Apple One, then click Cancel Subscription.
Without a device on hand
Go to account.apple.com, sign in, and follow the on-screen instructions to cancel.
Things to know
- On Windows, use the Apple Music or Apple TV app: click your name in the sidebar, choose View My Account, scroll to Settings, click Manage next to Subscriptions, then Edit and Cancel Subscription.
- If you can't find the subscription, search your email for a receipt or invoice from Apple to see which Apple Account it's billed to. You can't cancel a family member's subscription — they need to do it themselves.
- A missing Cancel option, or a red-text expiration note where that option would normally sit, both mean the subscription has already stopped renewing.
- Cancel a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you don't want it to convert into a paid subscription.
- If Apple One is billed through your wireless carrier instead of Apple directly, you need to cancel with the carrier, not through Apple's settings.

- Why don't I see a Cancel Subscription button for Apple One?
- That screen only shows a Cancel option for subscriptions still set to renew — a red expiration note in its place tells you it's already stopped.
