How to cancel AdGuard

Steps

   Sign in to your AdGuard account

   Go to adguardaccount.com and sign in with your AdGuard account credentials.

   Open the Licenses section

   In your account dashboard, select 'Licenses' from the navigation.

   Cancel the subscription

   Locate the subscription you want to cancel and click 'Cancel subscription' beneath it.

   Confirm cancellation

   Follow any confirmation prompts. Your license remains valid through its current expiry date with no further automatic renewals.

Things to know

• Your canceled subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period — access does not end immediately.
• If you purchased AdGuard through the App Store or another third-party store, cancel through that store's subscription management — the AdGuard account portal cannot cancel those subscriptions.
• For refund requests, contact support@adguard.com with your payment details. Refunds are generally available for purchases made directly from adguard.com within 60 days.

Does canceling AdGuard stop my access immediately?

No. Your AdGuard license remains valid through the end of its current billing period. Canceling only prevents automatic renewal — you keep full protection until the expiry date.

How do I cancel AdGuard if I bought it through the App Store?

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, cancel via Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad. AdGuard's own account portal cannot manage App Store subscriptions.

Can I get a refund when I cancel AdGuard?

Refunds are available for purchases made directly from adguard.com, generally within 60 days of purchase. Contact AdGuard support at support@adguard.com with your payment details to request one. App Store purchases and third-party distributor licenses are not eligible for refunds through AdGuard.
